Selected the Urban Shipping option for your Rural Address?

We can upgrade your urban shipping to a Rural Delivery for $3 - that's the price difference between our urban and rural shipping fee.

Any address containing "RD" and even some addresses without RD in rural areas are automatically charged a rural delivery fee of $4-5 by CourierPost or New Zealand Couriers. Unfortunately, we have to pass on some of this cost.

You can check on the CourierPost or New Zealand Couriers website if they have your address listed as Rural. Both courier services use their own address database and some rural boundaries don't exactly match or might even be different from the local council urban/rural areas.
